The project

This project offers the most modern wholesale product market in Texas. All units are provided with a cold storage. It’s strategically located in south San Antonio, with an extensive frontage facing the 410 Loop and easy access to Austin, Houston and Dallas.

The project has wide concrete streets to ease the truck maneuvering and delivery. There are reserved parking spaces for vehicles in front of each storage area. Security includes a perimeter fence and video surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The warehouse has a 3,100-square-foot main floor with cold storage with a capacity of up to 156 pallets or 7 cargo trucks.
