This Thursday, September 28th was held the meeting between SILMÉXICO INVESTMENT PROPERTIES and the INTERCONTINENTAL REAL ESTATE FORUM (IREF).
Headed by the Director and founder of SILMÉXICO, Dolores Pérez Islas, accompanied by Commercial Director Paola García, the honorable event took place in a restaurant located in the emblematic Barrio de Jalatlaco, where members of IREF and SILMÉXICO enjoyed a brunch and an enriching discussion about the real estate market in Oaxaca.
First of all, CEO Dolores Islas gave a brief introduction to IREF members about the history of SILMÉXICO, Dolores explained how the leading real estate company in Oaxaca was created, and how it has evolved.
IREF members were also able to learn about SILMÉXICO’s new philosophy, which is based on 3 points of vital importance:

Members of this forum from Texas expressed their doubts about how to invest in the state, so the Commercial Director was given the task of explaining the projects that SILMEXICO already has and those that are on the horizon. In that sense, according to Paola Garcia, the type of housing that is handled in the company’s portfolio is residential plus, emphasizing that the customer ticket is equally high due to the luxury properties that are marketed.
In this beneficial meeting were also announced the services offered by SILMÉXICO, which range from the traditional brokerage that includes sale and rental of properties in the best areas of Oaxaca City and the Oaxacan Coast, Mazatlan, Guadalajara, and the Riviera Maya, where SILMÉXICO will soon open its new headquarters. Finally, SILMÉXICO took a tour with these Real Estate experts through the unique and exclusive developments offered in the historic center of Oaxaca City, “La Merced” and “El Moro”, both pre-sale housing projects focused on rental income.
Architects, market analysts, directors, and founders, among other experts that make up the Intercontinental Real Estate Forum, mentioned to have been very satisfied and full of knowledge about the real estate industry and the remarkable economic growth that Oaxaca has and will sustain shortly, being this meeting the first step for future foreign investments and alliances with foreign companies in the sector, representing a significant economic spill, direct job creation, and promotion of the state.
