Only the members of the National Association Realtors® can be really named REALTORS and can be identified by the logo REALTORS® in their marketing and sales literature.
By joining NAR, Dolores has lined up with the most true-hearted name in real estate, since they are responsible for accomplishing a strict code of ethics: loyalty to the client, a fiduciary (legal) duty to clients, cooperation with competitors, truthfulness in declarations and advertising, and the non-interference in the exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have their clients. It is expected that they keep a higher level of knowledge of the purchase-sale real estate process. Our History
SIL ( Latin American Investment Services) is an enterprise of real estate investment 100% Mexican. At its beginnings, it was the result of the diversification of hospitality services from the perspective of the real estate sector. Hence its name was created regarding Latin-American investment services, from a specialized approach focused on residential housing for foreign investors in the Caribbean, that is how SIL INTERNATIONAL LTD was born with the purpose that through this company in Delaware United Estates, the operations of the representations in Belize were based, where Sil opened its first office. Later under the investment diversification and the portfolio of destinations in 2015, SILMEXICO INVESTMENT PROPERTIES was born, a company focused on real estate with a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
Since its origins, its goal was to generate investment opportunities with cities with opportunities areas and capital return in the touristic industry as beach destinations such as Huatulco, Puerto Escondido, and historic cities like Oaxaca. It was characterized as being a leading corporation in the fast market growth due to its professionalism, real estate intelligence, projects, marketing, and services diversification. In 2018 started an expansion strategy in Mexico with the projection of a landing bank on the coast of Oaxaca, as well as the growth strategy in the country with the opening of its office SILOAXACA in 2019, through this new headquarters, SIL renewed includes not only traditional broker services but also the structuration, development, business consulting, and investment labor. This last step has been a complete change in business diversification of the company in which also the doors have been opened for the sale of the brand franchises.
