The plot is semi-urban, located in the Loma de Santa Ana area, Tlacolula de Matamoros, with a rustic soil and a flat surface. It’s plowed and has an agave plantation, without any irregular elevations or ditches/trenches.

It has a beautiful view of the Yagul archaeological zone, 4 km away, and surrounded by the Benito Juárez hills, Cuajimoloyas, the town of Mitla, among others, as well as a local landscape where species of cacti and native plants can be observed.
