In the world of real estate there are different types of properties, their classification is due to their characteristics and the market to which they are directed.
Within the real estate jargon we can find residential properties, which refer to those that are used for housing purposes, of class A, B and C, we will focus on class A below.
The design, construction, materials, finishes, and location, of type A residential properties are the best, and it is what characterizes these residences.
Class A real estate is the most exclusive and expensive type of property. The advantages of Class A properties are that they are professionally managed and maintained, have great appreciation potential and high income potential.
These properties tend to be between 10 and 15 years old, with luxury fixtures and fittings, as well as amenities that properties belonging to class B or C would not have, such as gyms, terraces with unique views, beach clubs, spa or wellness area, etc.
Their rental prices will be higher than the national average because they are located in desirable areas, making them attractive both for investors and for those who wish to live with all the comforts and luxuries that these types of properties offer.
